The platform Societly.com is a politically independent profiling website accessible at: www.societly.com. It is provided by xUpery Inc. (Switzerland) and aims to provide a service for citizens for the 2016 US Presidential Elections by providing transparency of candidates’ positions. The tool is based on a mapping of candidates' positions on 20 policy statements regarding relevant issues in view of the 2016 U.S. Presidential Elections.

Societly.com provides access to relevant political information for citizens interested in the 2016 U.S. Presidential Elections.

2. Accuracy and completeness of information

Societly.com aims to provide correct information at the time of publishing, but does not promise completeness and accuracy as regards content, nor actuality or reliability of the information. Societly.com has the right to select, according to its judgment, what candidates are integrated in the tool.

Societly.com contains links to websites not controlled by Societly.com ("third party sites"), as well as content belonging to or originating from persons or organizations other than Societly.com ("third party content"). All disputes arising out of the use of Societly.com shall be settled by arbitration administered by the Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Center for the Americas in accordance with its rules. Applicable law is U.S. law.
